It should be mentioned that PES made AYP, or Adequate Yearly Progress, for the first time EVER this past year! We have worked incredibly hard over the past few years and all the hard work from both students and teachers has really paid off! So this week, we celebrated! On Friday, we had inflatable jumping things ALL OVER. In the gym, on the stage, out front, on the side of the school. It was awesome and crazy and the kids loved it.
Our Fall Carnival was Friday after school, so we continued the celebration right into the evening! I wish I had more pictures to show from the Carnival, but I had my hands full painting faces all night. It was a blast, but it kept me totally occupied and really unable to photograph anything. :)
