Third graders have been looking at the artwork of the sweetgrass basket weavers in Charleston, SC. Have you ever visited Charleston and seen the ladies weaving outside the Market? It is so much fun to watch them working! While the PES artists aren't weaving baskets (yet), they are practicing on their weaving skills! I am so excited about the progress they've made and I can't wait to get these beauties on display!
